Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3818.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Commission" means the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

(3) "District" means the Harris County Improvement District No. 1.
