Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3827.102: AGREEMENTS; GRANTS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The district may make an agreement with or accept a gift, grant, or loan from any person.

(b) The implementation of a project is a governmental function or service for the purposes of Chapter 791, Government Code.
