  5. SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) The district shall enter into a written contract with an independent certified public accountant or a certified public accounting firm for an annual audit of the district's affairs and financial records.

(b) The district shall make the audit available for inspection by the public and the City of Temple.
