CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

(a) The district has all powers necessary to acquire, construct, and maintain improvements specified by this subchapter.

(b) The district may not exercise a power granted by this subchapter outside the district's boundaries.
