CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

After obtaining the city's consent by resolution, the district may acquire, construct, and maintain a library, police station, or a fire station.
