  5. SUBCHAPTER D. TRANSFER OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

A public improvement required to be transferred under this subchapter must be constructed in compliance with the requirements and specifications established by the appropriate receiving entity at the time construction of the improvement begins.
