  5. SUBCHAPTER D. TRANSFER OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS

The district may contract with the receiving entity to provide a higher level of maintenance to an improvement transferred under this subchapter. The district shall pay the receiving entity for the higher level of maintenance.
