CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

(a) The district shall keep a full and itemized account of district money. These accounts must be available for audit.

(b) Financial statements must be prepared in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
