CHAPTER 3833. ESPADA DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER F. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

The district shall use the prevailing wage rate in the city for purposes of complying with Section 2258.022, Government Code.
