- SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS
(a) The board may appoint a person to fill a vacancy in the office of a director appointed under Section 3837.052(a)(1) for the remainder of the director's term.
(b) The City of Friendswood may appoint a person to fill a vacancy in the office of a director appointed under Section 3837.052(a)(2) for the remainder of the director's term.
