- SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES
(a) The district may acquire, construct, or finance an educational facility or a site or appurtenance for an educational facility to benefit the district.
(b) The district may convey the facility, site, or appurtenance to a school district that contains territory in the West Ranch Management District.
