SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

The district is a governmental unit for purposes of Chapter 101, Civil Practice and Remedies Code, and operations of the district are considered for all purposes, including the application of that chapter, to be essential governmental functions and not proprietary functions.
