Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3861.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Arlington.

(3) "District" means the Viridian Municipal Management District.

(4) "Improvement project" means any program or project authorized by Section 3861.102, inside or outside the district.
