  5. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Pearland.

(3) "County" means Brazoria County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the Pearland Municipal Management District No. 2.
