Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3870.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of directors of the district.

(2) "Director" means a board member.

(3) "District" means the Maverick Improvement District of Palo Pinto County.
