CHAPTER 3875. SMITH COUNTY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER E. DISSOLUTION

The board by majority vote may dissolve the district at any time. The board shall dissolve the district on written petition of the owners of 75 percent of the acreage of real property in the district.
