- SUBCHAPTER H. MUNICIPAL ANNEXATION AND DISSOLUTION
(a) Section 43.071, Local Government Code, applies to the district and the district is a "water or sewer district" for purposes of that section.
(b) Section 43.075, Local Government Code, applies to the district.
(c) Section 375.264, Local Government Code, does not apply to the dissolution of the district by a municipality.
