- SUBCHAPTER C-1. IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
(a) An improvement project may include a supply and distribution facility or system to provide potable and nonpotable water to the residents and businesses of the district, including a wastewater collection facility.
(b) The district may plan, design, construct, improve, maintain, or operate a water or sewer facility under this section.
