SUBCHAPTER H. DISSOLUTION AND CONSOLIDATION

Notwithstanding Section 375.263(b), Local Government Code, on dissolution of the district, the board shall determine whether the district's assets will escheat to the state or are transferred to a political subdivision of the state.
