- SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS
(a) The initial directors may not hold an election under Section 3926.007 until the city has entered into a development and operating agreement under Section 3926.156.
(b) The district is dissolved and this chapter expires March 1, 2018, if the development and operating agreement is not entered into before that date.
