- SUBCHAPTER C-1. IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS AND SERVICES
An improvement project in the district must comply with any applicable requirements of the city, including codes and ordinances, unless specifically waived or superseded by the development and operating agreement entered into under Section 3929.156 or another agreement with the city.
