- SUBCHAPTER D. DIVISION OF DISTRICT INTO MULTIPLE DISTRICTS
The new districts may contract with each other for any matter the boards of the new districts consider appropriate, including the joint construction or financing of a utility improvement, the joint financing of a maintenance obligation, and water and wastewater services.
