CHAPTER 3943. CHANNELVIEW IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The district may not engage in firefighting activities or provide medical emergency services.

(b) Subchapter L, Chapter 49, Water Code, does not apply to the district.
