Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 3948.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Dayton.

(3) "County" means Liberty County.

(4) "Director" means a board member.

(5) "District" means the River Ranch Improvement District of Liberty County.
