  5. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "County" means Harris County.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Grand Northwest Municipal Management District, formerly the Grand Northwest Municipal Utility District.
