SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

To protect the public interest, the district may contract with a qualified party, including the city, the county, or any other governmental entity to provide law enforcement, public safety, fire protection, ambulance, emergency, or code enforcement services in the district for a fee.
