SUBCHAPTER E. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS; ASSESSMENTS

Annually, the board shall file with the secretary of the city written notice that specifies the assessments the district will impose in the district's next fiscal year in sufficient clarity to describe the assessments for the operation and maintenance of the district and the assessments for the payment of debt service of obligations issued or incurred by the district.
