CHAPTER 3966. NEW PARK MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Dallas.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the New Park Municipal Management District.

(5) "Exempt property" means property owned by a governmental entity, including the city.
