SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

If the territory of the district is located in the corporate boundaries or the extraterritorial jurisdiction of a municipality, the district may not exercise a power granted to the district after the date the district was created unless the governing body of the municipality by resolution consents to the district's exercise of the power.
