CHAPTER 3980. HUNTER RANCH IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER G. DIVISION OF DISTRICT INTO MULTIPLE DISTRICTS

The district may be divided into two or more new districts only if the district:

(1) has never issued any bonds; and

(2) is not imposing ad valorem taxes.
