CHAPTER 3981. COLE RANCH IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 1 OF DENTON COUNTY, TEXAS
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This chapter shall be liberally construed in conformity with the findings and purposes stated in this chapter.
