SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

In addition to the powers granted under Section 375.0921(b), Local Government Code, the district may construct, acquire, improve, maintain, finance, and operate rail facilities and improvements in aid of those facilities for the transport of freight and other cargo.
