  5. SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "City" means the City of Elgin.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Rivers Market Place Municipal Management District.
