SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF DIRECTORS

(a) The district is governed by a board of five voting directors elected or appointed as provided by this chapter and Subchapter D, Chapter 49, Water Code.

(b) Except as provided by Section 4205.0203, voting directors serve staggered four-year terms.
