Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 5001.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Commission" means the navigation and canal commission of the district.

(2) "Commissioner" means a member of the commission.

(3) "District" means the Aransas County Navigation District.
