Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 5001.054: SEPARATE FUND.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) Money in the promotion and development fund shall be kept separate from all other funds and accounts of the district.

(b) Money derived from the imposition of taxes may not be deposited to the credit of the fund.
