SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

Except as provided by Section 5010.0303, the district's powers are concurrent with, but do not supersede or interfere with, the jurisdiction and powers of the Sabine-Neches Navigation District of Jefferson County, Texas, created under Section 59, Article XVI, Texas Constitution, over the common territory of the two districts.
