SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL FINANCIAL PROVISIONS

District money may be distributed by wire transfer or other electronic means authorized by the board, or by check, voucher, draft, order, or other written instrument signed by at least two persons authorized by board resolution to sign the instrument.
