SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

This chapter may not be construed as granting the district or the board any power over the appointment, operations, or conduct of:

(1) a branch pilot appointed under Section 69.037, Transportation Code; or

(2) the board of pilot commissioners described by Section 69.011, Transportation Code.
