Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 5201.003: LEGISLATIVE FINDINGS.

Where this section sits in the code

The legislature finds that all land and other property in the district will benefit from:

(1) the creation of the district; and

(2) the construction, acquisition, and maintenance of the improvements and facilities authorized by this chapter.
