Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 6603.001: DEFINITIONS.

Where this section sits in the code

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the board of supervisors of the district.

(2) "District" means the Brookshire-Katy Drainage District.

(3) "Supervisor" means a member of the board.
