Each appointed director shall serve for a term of two years, with the terms of the directors appointed to occupy Places 1 and 2 expiring on June 1 of each even-numbered year and the terms of the directors appointed to occupy Places 3, 4, and 5 expiring on June 1 of each odd-numbered year.
