SUBCHAPTER C. POWERS AND DUTIES

The district may appoint and determine the duties, tenure, qualifications, and compensation of the officers, employees, agents, and professional advisors and counselors of the district, including financial consultants, accountants, attorneys, architects, engineers, appraisers, and financial experts the board considers necessary.
