Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 6902.202: FORM OF BONDS.

(a) A district bond must be:

(1) issued in the district's name;

(2) signed by the president or vice president;

(3) attested by the secretary; and

(4) bear the district seal.

(b) The district seal may be impressed or printed on the bonds.
