  5. SUBCHAPTER B. DISTRICT TERRITORY AND ANNEXATIONS TO DISTRICT TERRITORY

In addition to complying with Section 4.004, Election Code, notice of the annexation election must:

(1) state the conditions under which the territory may be annexed; or

(2) refer to the resolution of the board for that purpose.
