CHAPTER 6903. EASTLAND COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER D. GENERAL POWERS AND DUTIES

(a) The district may establish or otherwise provide for public parks and recreation facilities and may acquire land adjacent to any of its reservoirs for those purposes.

(b) The district may not use money received from taxation or from bonds payable wholly or partly from taxation for a purpose described by Subsection (a).
