Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 6905.164: CONVEYANCE OF LAND TO DISTRICT.

A public agency or a political subdivision of this state, including the City of Beeville, may lease, sell, or otherwise convey its land or an interest in its land to the district for consideration that the parties agree is adequate. Approval, notice, consent, or an election is not required in connection with the conveyance.
