SUBCHAPTER B. BOARD OF SUPERVISORS

(a) A person who wants the person's name printed on the ballot as a candidate for supervisor must submit a petition to the board's secretary requesting that action.

(b) The petition must be signed by at least 10 residents of the authority who are qualified to vote at the election.
