CHAPTER 7222. MAXWELL SPECIAL UTILITY DISTRICT
SUBCHAPTER A. GENERAL PROVISIONS

In this chapter:

(1) "Board" means the district's board of directors.

(2) "Corporation" means the Maxwell Water Supply Corporation.

(3) "Director" means a board member.

(4) "District" means the Maxwell Special Utility District.
