Tex. Special District Local Laws Code § 7806.201: AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS.

Where this section sits in the code

(a) The board may issue bonds or notes of the district for any authorized purpose or combination of purposes under Chapter 54, Water Code.

(b) Sections 49.181 and 49.182, Water Code, do not apply to the district.
